Our Story
Vermoon started over a whiteboard in our Chicago apartment. We met here during our one-year master's programs. Anna in Artificial Intelligence at Illinois Tech, Teo in Business Analytics at Lewis University.
Honestly, we're AI freaks. We talk about agents, tool use, and model behavior pretty much every day: at the gym, on the L, over coffee, at 1 a.m. when a pipeline finally works. The same conversation kept coming back. Small and mid sized businesses are drowning in repetitive work that large language models could just… do.
So we stopped talking and started shipping. Vermoon is the platform we wished existed. Autonomous agents that run real business operations end to end: market analysis, supplier negotiations, ad campaigns, invoice handling, stock control. Built by two engineers who believe productivity for SMEs is the most underrated AI use case of this decade.

Co-Founder & Agentic AI Engineer
MS in Artificial Intelligence at Illinois Institute of Technology (Chicago) and MS in Data Science at UPC Barcelona. Researches distributed agentic AI systems, speculative execution for MCP pipelines and OpenTelemetry observability for multi-agent workflows. Run cardiovascular simulations for a NASA-affiliated program at Texas A&M. Former FC Barcelona track & field athlete (national team U18/U20).
Teo Verdú
Co-Founder & Agentic AI Engineer
MS in Business Analytics (Finance) at Lewis University in Chicago, 4.0 GPA, full merit scholarship, accelerated two-year program in one. Former Data Analyst at GVC GAESCO, where he architected a real-time Azure Databricks pipeline and shipped 15+ Power BI dashboards that cut reporting time by 75% and drove a 9% lift in commissions.
