How credits work
Every plan comes with credits that renew every month, on yearly billing too. If you have several agents, their credits are pooled and work for all of them and for Luna. 100 credits are €1.
Running out before the month ends? Add as many as you like, from €5. They last 12 months and are spent after your plan's.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Add them to your selection before paying, or later from Plan and billing. It all goes in one subscription: one invoice, one renewal date and everyone's credits together.
Before paying, remove it from your selection. If you have already paid, remove it from Plan and billing within the first 14 days and we refund it. After that, it stops being charged at renewal.
Whenever you like. Moving up is immediate: you pay only the difference for what is left of the period and get the matching share of credits. Moving down applies at renewal, and until then you keep the level you had.
Per person: each level is for one person, and the price and the credits multiply by the people you choose. All of a company's people are on the same level, and everyone who uses it, admins included, needs a seat that an admin assigns them in Settings > Team. The Sales Pack already includes Email Manager for 1 person; if more people use it, you add them separately. Adding people is immediate; removing them applies at renewal.
We warn you at 80% and at 95%. If you reach zero, whatever is running finishes, but the agents start no new work until you add credits, from €5. Your data and your screens stay available.
The first 100 companies pay 50% less for 12 months on every pack and agent they take. On yearly billing, the discount covers the first year. It does not apply to payroll or credit top-ups. We let you know two months before it ends.
No. VAT (21% in Spain) is added at checkout. If your company is in another EU country and has a valid VAT number, no VAT is charged: the reverse charge applies.
You pay for 10 months and get 12. Credits renew every month, just as on monthly billing.
No. Cancel whenever you like from Plan and billing: the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and does not renew.
The CFO Pack covers one company (one tax ID) on Starter and Pro. If you need to run several, talk to us and we will set it up on Business.
